Our Sr. High Students took a weekend trip to Camp Yamhill in the Trask Mountains just east of Tillamook. We spent the weekend diving into God's word and learning how to be transformed by Him!
We spent the Sunday afternoon pulling in crab pots in hope of getting our limit. Unfortunetly, we maybe pulled in 12-16 legal crabs. Bummer, but we did have a great time out on Tillamook Bay.
After a morning of rain on the wonderful Oregon Coast, God cleared the sky and showed the nice warm sun! We only have a few pictures since our camera batteries died, but a least we have something.
On August 10-11, we made our way to Maupin, Oregon where we spent the night at Maupin City Park. On Monday morning we spend 4 hours on the Dechutes River, putting in at Harpham Flats and taking out at Sandy Beach.
Our Sr. High Ministry took a day trip 2 hours south of Tillamook to Cape Perpetua just a few miles south of Yachats, Oregon. We enjoyed beautiful blue skies and incredible scenary from this vantage point above the mighty Pacific Ocean!
